Michael has been the Counselling Services Supervisor at FCSS since 2019. He has a Masters of Arts in counselling, is a Certified Professional Counsellor (CPC), Canadian Certified Counsellor , Certified Professional Counsellor Supervisor (CPCS), Canadian Certified Counsellor Supervisor (CCC-S) and a registered member of the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA). He is trained in Clinical Traumatology, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), and A.R.T (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) With over 30 years of counselling experience working with adult individuals, couples, and families, he has come to believe healing begins with unconditional acceptance and understanding.
