The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program is a FREE service and is available to all eligible residents in the Barons-Eureka-Warner FCSS service area. Eligibility is based on income threshold and the simplicity of the tax return.

2 persons………………………………….$55,000
3 persons………………………………….$60,000
4 persons………………………………….$65,000
5 persons………………………………….$70,000
More than 5 persons………………..$70,000 plus $5,000 for each additional person
Individuals/situations in which we cannot assist for taxes:
- Are filing a Pre/Post Bankruptcy Return
- Are filing a return for someone deceased
- Are Self-Employed
- Have employment expenses
- Own foreign property
- Have income sources that include Capital Gains, Farming Income, Commission Income, Investment Income over $1,000, Professional/Business Income, Rental Income
