You can help your child become confident and successful - at school and beyond. Find out ways to encourage them to be respectful and considerate, communicate and get on well with others, feel good about themselves and become independent problem solvers.

Family Nutrition & Picky Eating
Registered Dietitian from Alberta Health Services will present ideas on how to use the New Alberta Food Guide, offer tips to guide children through picky eating, and ways to make mealtimes more peaceful and nutritious.
Family Violence Awareness
The discussion includes 'myths and facts' about family violence and intimate partner violence. Encouraging participants to define abuse and looking at signs and ways to help through open discussion.

Learning about the variety of emotions that families face and how to deal with them in appropriate ways.
Stress Management & Conflict Resolution
An interactive presentation will explore how we use The Drama Triangle when experiencing stress or conflict, as well as at least one idea for other options for managing stress or conflict.

Triple P Seminar - Getting Teenagers Connected
Help your teenager develop good, supportive friendships. You;ll learn ways to build their confidence, encourage their social skills, help them to plan and meet commitments and encourage them to take care of others.
An after-school program for ages 6 and up, to come and build with Lego, allowing them to work on creativity, problem solving and social skills.
Developmental Check-ups (ASQ)

An understanding of healthy, unhealthy relationships and abusive situations is provided. Along with information regarding healthy and unhealthy boundaries.
