Tax Return Clinic
Trained volunteers offering FREE assistance with tax returns to individuals, families, seniors with modest income and simple tax situations, who meet the income criteria.
Family Violence Awareness
The discussion includes 'myths and facts' about family violence and intimate partner violence. Encouraging participants to define abuse and looking at signs and ways to help through open discussion.
Personal Directives & Power of Attorney
This presentation will address the importance of having personal directives and appointing power of attorney for ourselves and our aging parents.
This community recycling program event offers families the opportunity to both share and benefit with other families within the community.
Bullying & Harassment Awareness
This discussion focuses on identifying bullying and harassment: the various types, negative ways to use power, emotions and feelings, 5 basic emotional needs, the cycle of hurt and self-care.

Getting the Most out of Life through Mindful Awareness: Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally, to things as they are.

This presentations will offer helpful tips on caring for aging parents, such as when and how to prepare elderly parents for moving into a seniors care facility/nursing home, and how to best care for parents with dementia.
Support group for adults, 19 yrs and older, who have lost loved ones and are attempting to navigate through the maze of hurt, sorrow, and heartache of grief.
