The Brains Response to Stress

There will be discussion about the parts of the brain involved in stress, and the impact of "small" stressors compared to "large" stressors.  We will also be exploring potential triggers, and typical responses to stress.  This shifts to more of a focus on on taking care of self, managing stressful moments, and building an awareness of one's window of tolerance.
