This program of wellness principles and practices includes gratitude, compassion & kindness, mindfulness, self compassion, optimism, forgiveness, social connections/relationships, and caring for your bodies.
Participants can expect to acquire basic insights and awareness into the meaning of happiness and well-being, as well as an introduction to skills that – with regular practice – can overtime be cultivated into valuable principles, habits and strengths.
