Getting the Most out of Life through Mindful Awareness: Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally, to things as they are.
Making Mindfulness Moments Remote/Online
Learn to better manage stress by focusing your awareness on the present and developing a different way of relating to your experiences. Participants complete activities and discuss them in a secure online forum at their leisure.

Counselling services are intended to help people better understand their struggles and empower them to make choices that will serve them well in their lives.
Support Group Facilitation
Support Groups provides the opportunity to receive support and strategies from an FCSS counsellor as well as from others experiencing similar struggles.
Care for the Caregiver Remote/Online
Gain support from other caregivers. Learn about resources, communication, how to manage stress and support your emotional wellness.
Presentations and Workshops
Presentations offered by the FCSS Counselling team strengthen and enrich individual and family well-being. Topics may include: marriage education, parenting skills, anger and stress management and more.
