Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. Her previous work supporting mental health for individuals and families within vulnerable populations offered her the opportunity to work in diverse settings and develop compassionate and collaborative relationships. Kate works from a Person-centered approach which honors individual needs within the therapy process and she utilizes integrative evidence-based interventions. She strives to create a warm and secure environment to explore challenges and believes all people have the capacity for personal growth.
