Tim Krahn

Tim has been a counsellor with FCSS since 2019. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling Psychotherapy Association. After completing his Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta in 2006, he taught in public and private schools for about 12 years. Tim's approach to counselling involves helping people become more aware of their current experiences to identify stuck points and process the sensations related to these stuck points to help them better understand and regulate themselves. Tim is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is effective in addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, and more.  ART helps people process and replace distressing images and sensations so that they no longer trigger strong reactions.
