Creative Leaders Youth Conference – Taber Community Centre

Conference Information:

This event will feature a keynote address from Emma Morrison, the first Indigenous woman in 72 years to hold the Miss World Canada crown. The conference will also include a catered lunch and three creative workshops from a videographer/photographer and other artists.

8:30-9:00 am: Youth arrive at Taber Community Centre Auditorium.

9:00-10:30 am: Introduction

• Town of Taber – Mayor Prokop.
• Icebreakers led by FCSS staff.

10:30 – 11:30 am: Keynote Speaker – Emma Morrison

11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch

12:30 – 2:00 pm: ‘Creative Leaders’ Workshops

• Choose from three workshop options.

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Wrap-up/Games
