Navigating Life After Loss
A free support group for adults, 19 years and older, who have lost a partner through death. In this support group, participates will navigate through the maze of hurt, sorrow, and heartache of grief by connecting with other individuals who have similar experiences as well as a trained counsellor.
Registration Required! Limited to 8 participants.
Weekly on Thursdays.
