Cally graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2023 from the University of Lethbridge and is finishing her Master of Counselling through the Department of Education with a major in Applied Psychology. Cally has experience as a Support Worker for unhoused youth, as well as over 7 years experience as a volunteer for Sendero Centre's crisis line (formerly Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre). She takes a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach to health and well-being, with a particular emphasis on person-centred therapy, pioneered by Carl Rogers in 1951. Cally is committed to helping clients build upon their own strengths, resources, and competencies, and take a client-as-expert stance in care.
