Mom & Baby Thriving Together – Coaldale (RSVP)

In this 9 week program, new and expectant moms will learn about the rewards and challenges of being a parent. An FCSS Counsellor and FCSS Early Childhood Development Coach will explore mental wellness in the postpartum period as well as infant development and care.
Children under the age of 12 months are welcome to attend the group and childcare may be available upon request for siblings.
