Jolayna currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, majoring in Addictions Counselling from the University of Lethbridge and is currently finishing her Master of Art in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. She brings approximately five years of experience in mental health and addictions field, including working as an addiction’s counsellor and community disability support worker.
Jolayna takes a compassionate, client- centred approach and are passionate about walking alongside clients on their healing journey. Jolayna is committed to supporting individuals in building self- awareness, resilience, and meaningful coping strategies while navigating life transitions, stresses, and other challenges that may arise.
